Hacked and blocked account

Last week my girlfriend had her hotmail account hacked, the hacker had acces to her facebook password and got in to her account changing her password. After the proper verifications hotmail provided her the means to recover her account, unfortunately facebook didn't do the same and blocked her account, she followed all the steps stated in facebook with no results or reply after a week.
Besided socializing, she uses her facebook to get students for the dance lessons she teaches. She needs her account back urgently to keep in contact with her folks, but most importantly to get students and have her business going.
How she cant get back her account as soon as possible? As mentioned she folowed all the steps instructed by facebook with no reply nor results.

How protected and with what is the computer she uses to log into Facebook ?

She accessed hotmail and facebook with a protected private computer. She is quite desperate and frustrated, the account is there, people can write and post on it and she cannot acces, loosing potential students and not being able to catch up with her folks, that's hard being an expatriated, you can see the account, her name is Ana Otero living in Dubai.

With what please is the Computer Protected as someone has managed to Hack her private email account; Does she use any P2P programs?

Does anyone else us the Computer at all ?

Does she turn it off and switch it off when she is not actually using it or does she leave it turned on and unattended?

Does she have a private password to log into it or is it accessible by anyone who may wish to open it ?

She just had a very easy password, hotmail contacted her and she got back her account. The problem is facebook, the post is to try to get back control over her account, we are not concernend about any other further attacks

It would be helpful to know what the computer protection is please

Thanks for your reply again, somebody that knows her accessed her computer. Again, we are not concerned about her accounts security. WE JUST WANT HER FACEBOOK ACCOUNT BACK, I found outrageous that all her and friends family and clients can access her account BUT SHE CAN'T. She is receiving lots of mails, personal and business and she can't read them!! Why facebook does that? She didn't do anything wrong!! If they don't let access her account, why at list they don't jut deactivate the account so she can start again??

someone has accessed the computer, has done what you do not know to it.....

what if anything is its Protection; please check and tell us ......

If you use Facebook you should only log into it using a private computer used only by the computer owner so How did someone access what should be a Private computer?

I'll try again.... Ana logs only in her private computer, somebody that knows her guessed the password and got to her hotmail and use it to get to in to her facebook.
She learned the lesson and set a more secure password.

Does anybody know how to get control back of her Facebook account?

You have told us that someone accessed her private computer? Is that correct?

What please is the Protection on that Private computer?

Without that basic info it is impossible to know if the Computer is correctly protected or not.... which we need to know it any help is to be forthcoming

Nobody had accessed her computer, it has being done from somewhere else. Pleae, does anybody from facebook read this and can give us a hand to have control again on her account?

Is this actually correct? How did they access it? If they did access it one needs to know what they changed on the computer too....
One needs to know how protected( if at all ) a computer is that goes on the internet to know what to look for when things go wrong and then how if at all they can be put right...hense the questions...

Somebody that he know accessed her account, not her computer. Please, does anybody from facebook read this and can provide us information on how to get back control on her account? That is all we need to know

So is the Hotmail account still associated with the Facebook account or did the Hacker change the email address that was associated with the Facebook account

We don't know if the hacker changed the associated account because we don't have access to the facebook account, probably not, facebook wrote ana that the accont was disabled. The computer has a "normal" user protection, the account was attacked from somewhere else, I don't know what you mean by P2P programs. Thanks

It has avast antivirus updated. She tried that link following all steps, without any help, its being already 10 days. I insist, nobody had access to her computer.

Ok, I'she is not here now, I'll tell to register tomorrow so she can do it directly, her name is Ana Otero. She followed all steps from facebook and got some nonsense I guess automatic replies like she had pornography in her profile, thats too much, getting hacked, lose the account and being accused of pornographer! She will register tomorrow and deal with you directly. Bed time in Dubai now.

Problem solved! Finally after two weeks facebook contacted Ana and now she can access her account.
