Birthday issue

Im unable to display my birthday in my profile and my friends as well. Im hopin someone can give me some insights on how all my friends can get a birthday reminder on thurs.

Hello,
To display your birthday on your profile you may need to change your Privacy settings. On the top right, select Account -> Privacy settings. From there, click the 'Customize settings' link located near the bottom of the 'Sharing on Facebook' table. From there, you can select which lists can see your birthday (8th one down).
