How to make a profile picture that includes the link to your Page?

Hi! Can anyone tell me how to make a profile picture that includes the link to your Page?

On Facebook I mean.....

You can use any image edition program (Photoshop, Paint, Paint.NET, CorewlDraw, Fireworks, etc.) to manually write the link. Here's a quick example made on Paint:


You can request a cool profile picture in our [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

That could be possible if you coded an Application that did that and added it to your page, but that'd require too much knowledge in apps development. Adding the link in the image is a little easier :P
