Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can.
hello all. every time I try and log in to facebook I get "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." I have emailed facebook support and they even asked me to send a copy of of my drivers license and other ID and said they fixed the problem. They obviously did fix the problem and I still cant login. My account does not appear to be deactivated and you can still see my profile intact. I received no notice from facebook that there was any kind of trouble with my account. It has been weeks and I have emailed them multiple times per day but get no live help. Let me know what you all think. thanks

Have you tried using a different browser? Maybe logging in from the mobile site?

Alright. How exactly did you reach Facebook? Can you share the message you sent them, and the reply you got?

Hi Jon
We are sorry to hear you are having trouble logging in to Facebook. Please read this email to learn how to resolve the most common login issues:
1. Resetting your password
To request a new password, click the following link:
You can also use the "Forgot your password?" link located near the “Login” button on the Facebook home page.
2. Identifying your account
If you request a new password, you will be asked to identify your account. These tips may help with the process:
3. Recovering your account without access to your login email
Normally when you log in to Facebook you enter an email address along with your password. Do you have access to this email account's inbox? If not, don't worry. You still have options for recovering your account.
If you do not have access to your login email address, you may be prompted to answer a security question or be invited to recover your account through your friends. (Please note that not all Facebook accounts will meet the requirements to be eligible for these options.)

It isnt a password problem, I can change my password successfully but still get eh same error message. does anyone have a better email address for contacting a live body over there? I get the same form email over and over so obviously it is not being looked at by a person.
