Topics here have been marked as solved, and consequently locked and moved to this forum category. Topics are locked and sent here usually due to one of the following reasons:

You replied after our support saying everything was solved
It had been a long period of time without a reply from you informing us whether or not your problem was solved.
If your thread was locked and placed here for another reason, the reason will be mentioned in the thread.

The reason why we lock inactive/solved topics is so a thread from 3 months ago doesn't get posted by someone with a slightly different issue as the person who created the thread had, thus potentially causing confusion. It also makes it easier for everyone to keep track of such problems.

Generally we lock inactive threads anywhere between 1 and 2 weeks of inactivity. If your thread was locked by accident, or your problem was not solved, please contact a staff member to have it re-opened.

If you have a similar / same problem as a topic but you have not posted in that topic before please open a new topic in the correct section instead.
