issue adding friends

hi, i am having an issue adding certain people, if i try to go add someone i know, most of the time, it blocks it and says ive been misusing facebook, then i could click on a random name with no problem, is there any solution to this

hi, about a month ago, my account stopped letting me add certain people as friends, i could search up a friends name, add them and it would give me an error message basically saying i abused facebook, then i could click on a random name and it would let me add them with no problems

Facebook expects you to know personally the people who you seek to add as Friends.....
