Update fanpage to new profile

how to I update my facebook fan page to the new profile? I want it to look like my personal profile which has already updated to the new layout

I have seen fan pages with the new profile like this one:

Your second link does not appear to exist, so I cannot compare the two links. However, layouts on the Fan Pages generally cannot be changed. I believe the different layout we see on your first link is automatically 'assigned' by facebook; for a reason such as the page category.
