Wall Not Visible

The WALL ICON as well as other content normally on the far left of screen, including friend count, and featured friends is not visable on a PAGE I manage.
This occurs when I (the admin) Use Facebook as Page, and go to the Page.
I see none of the above info including the WALL icon.
When you go to the page ... see below, sometimes it show up, sometimes it doesnt.

Does anyone have any idea what might cause this?
Moved from General to Facebook Support profile etc

Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache already?
