Promoting Illegal Facebook Giveaway's Empty Promoting Illegal Facebook Giveaway's

There is a blog that is offering cash giveaways to "like" them on Facebook. In accordance to Facebook terms you can not require a entrant to "like" you. How do you repot this if it is not on Facebook itself. Is that a violation of Facebook if it is not actually posted on Facebook?

I don't think this is really against Facebook's ToS. Other people also offer prices or rewards for others that "like" them.
