Accounts being disabled due to phinishing scams

About two months ago my Mother in Laws account got disabled because she got a email on facebook saying her account was going to be disabled within 24 hours if she didn't respond, her daughter filled out the form on the link appearing to be facebook security. After that she changed her password when she heard it was hackers. They changed her picture and user name then facebook disabled her account. Now she is still unable to get on and has not got any helpful information back from facebook after emailing she got one response from June Facebook operations asking her to email a copy of her State Id blocking out her personal information so they could identify her and recover her account. Since then she has not heard anything else from them and she isn't even sure it was Facebook emailing her.

Can you please ask the relevent person to Register with us so we can discuss this directly ?

When they do can they please tell us how that computer is protected and what scans they have run?
