Moving people from my page to my group page

Hi to all

I have a lot of people joining my facebook page and I want them to move onto my group, is there an easy way of doing this because if I type a in lots of friends come up but they are already part of the group. Please help and if I could ask you to make it simple as I am facebook newbie.

Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer page 'Likes' to groups. In addition, you can only add your Facebook friends to a group

Sorry my lingo may not be right

I have a facebook friends page
I also have a business group page, I usually invite people to my friends page and then transfer them across
But only six or seven names show up and these people are already members. If I could get the entire list of people beginning with A that would be great but I cant.
Or can I invite people directly to my business group page?

I just want build a directory of people who will be interested in my business.
