HOW TO ADD PEOPLE TO A GROUP!!!!!?????!?!?!?!?

ok this is rediculous. facebook is changing every few months and its getting rediculous. I own a small business and i promote my business by inviting as many local people in my are as possible. However, with the new facebook, i cannot find a single way to invite people to the group. its really pissing me off. how does the admin invite people? theres no "invite people to join" button. theres nothing like that and like i said, its REALLY pissing me off. also, how do members of the group add people to the group?
