My Personal Profile Changed to FB Ads

i don't know what i did.. it just turned to FB Ads all by itself..
i tried EVERYTHING, including that link [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] but all in vain

does anyone at least know why this happened??
any help will be greatly appreciated

btw.. for more details.. i remember trying a new application (123greetings) to send a friend a birthday greeting card, then removed it at once.. the second time i tried to log in it turned to the Facebook Ads.. i don't know if that was the cause or not.. but if it was what can i do?? is there anything called the "Facebook Ads Account" in the 1st place??
