My account got disabled

this has happened to me twice for no legitimate reason. I don't believe it when people say that Facebook takes a personal look following complaints.

I got a warning yesterday about "a photo that I had uploaded that was in breach of terms of service"

1) I had not uploaded any photos
2) Someone else had posted a "questionable" photo to my wall (NOT ME).

So, some hypocrite who became a "friend" of an ex pornstar complains about something. I have to ask the obvious question "why was he/she there in the first place?"

Secondly, why didn't Facebook staff take a look and see that it was extremely obvious that someone else had posted the photo (nude but not in any way porn and showing no "sensitive" areas - less porno than your average daily newspaper)?

remember - only VERY ignorant people ignore messages or deliberately make it impossible to be contacted. There is one other group of people who react the same way - CROOKS!
