How to block my wall posts from showing up on friends news feeds?

Hey can someone help me with this please, I have been trying to figure it out for a while now=)

I'm not sure of what your trying to accomplish. If it's to keep one group from seeing what your doing and another groups to know I've set up friends list for everything, friends/family, business, each game and I only post to those list that are applicable.
