Accidentally removed the unique admin of a business facebook page

My business facebook page has no administrators. I removed accidentally the unique admin that was me.
I need to get back admin rights of the page in order to manage the page.
I don’t receive answers from facebook support team.
This is driving me crazy.
Does anyone know who to get my page back?

Can you tell us to whom you have written to try to deal with this please?

I used several contact forms provided by fb for:
- reporting page issues;
- reporting ad issues (i can´t continue creating ads for may page);
- giving suggestions.

That said do you know the Facebook page address to actually see it even if you cannot 'manage' it?

Did you get any email notification to your email address to tell you that the action had taken place and if so was it requested by you and is a legitimate request?
