My account has been temporarily suspended

i am from lenbanon and my account has been temporarily suspended please help me to open it please
the account temporarily suspended with 7 steps and when i try the step number 3 ,to send a message with code comdirmation to hotmail no message sending , and we said in facebook that :"An error occurred while sending the message"
plz if can any one help and thx for advance

they need to be able to log into Facebook to do it ; they cannot log into Facebook and so cannot do this Ruby

Do you know what you did to get your account suspended?

really no ..but the probleme is in the message of the code
when i try to send the code to hotmail in the step number 3 we write
"An error occurred while sending the message "

From what I can see you need to be logged into Facebook to use that link ; please try an alternative method with this link ; you do not need to be logged into Facebook with this one which I have just tried while not in Facebook

I think you will need to tell us a bit more as to why your account got suspended; it is all a bit vauge at present; did you try to create a lot of Friends?

Did you let anyone else know your user name and password?

For what do you Use Facebook?

Have you played any games and abused their playing Rules?

i didn`t try to create more friends, and no one know my password
i use facebook for comments on pics and status
i didn`t play game
but i think taht the account has suspended because i have 42 friends requested

that ,I think, is your 'reason'...


a request for 42 friends is, in Facebook's eyes, considered as Spamming

all you can do is be patient as they now see you as a spammer
next time you can try with maybe 5 at a time with a long gap between requests,........

we cannot do anything about I am afraid; it is up to Facebook to release your account when they are ready to do so .................

there is no magical 'solution' for 'spamming'

Facebook has Rules you need to follow..else you will get kicked off until they think you are safe to allow back

this forum has no control over what Facebook does or does not do


What you ( and others too) need to realise is that if you send Friends Requests, you need to space them out and only send a few ( maybe 5) at a time over several days ......

your 'solution' is to not send too many Friends invites at any one time as Facebook sees this as spamming

Do you have access to your account yet?
