Hacked Account - How long to restore account?

I'm sure a number of people on this sub-topic have had this experience.

- Someone gets access to your FB username/pass
- They change your email so you can't reset
- You report the phished account to FB
- They send automated email to you with instructions

It's been almost two weeks now, and I haven't heard anything from FB. My account is suspended (I think) as when I log in with a friend's account you can't search for me at all.

My question is - how long did it take for FB to restore your account? Did you submit multiple tickets to FB? Should I do anything else?
