Converting your profile into a Page ?

Hi ... if we read the facebook help ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]) it said this works fine...
But, a lot of people said the migration doesnt work fine...
I mean, they report to me that after migrate profile the "friends" don't migrate as "fans" for example.

What do u think?

I've seen people complaining about friends not being turned into fans but, other than that, it seems to work (regardless of losing your photos, videos, etc.).

You can call it a general bug. Have you reported it to Facebook yet?

Hey guys we've had this problem too with our profile/page.

We've literally lost thousands of friends as they didn't convert.

Is there ANY way to get them back? This does not look very good for pages owned by paying advertisers...
