Facebook problems

I have almost the exact same problem. Facebook detected a virus and, I cleared it all up, got my password changed etc. but, every since, if I try to send an INbox with a URL (any URL even facebook pages) I get the message of:

"Message Failed
This message contains blocked content that has previously been flagged as abusive or spammy. Let us know if you think this is an error."

It is really annoying especially as a group admin, I send out links all the time!!! Grrrrrr

What do you mean by ' Facebook detected a virus?

Is it that your computer is infected ?

Yes, I had some virus that I got from a link on Facebook. I cleaned it up and changed my password. When I logged into Facebook, it told me that it had detected a virus and, I had to clean it (or use their build in McAffee) and change my password.

Exactly what scans have you run on the computer to try to clean it of the infection?

And what protection do you have on that computer?
