Chat problems

Hi there,
my problem is: If I logg in the Facebook than nobody can see me on Chat, also he means I'm offline.
But i can see all.
If i logg with my brother's account, than hes friends can see him.
This is a account problem from me.
What can I do?
This problem is with PC and iPhone 4 Facebook APP
- Sry for my bad english, if someone can german, than pls wirte.
Or if you something don't understand, pls ask me!

Do you only have this issue with your iPhone or with your PC as well?

I have this problem with iPhone and PC.
If I logg on PC, cannot see me sb.
If with iPhone App, cannot see me sb.
But if logg my brother with her account to my iPhone, than can all se him.
And on PC too.
I tried my account on her iPhone but there can see me nobody too.
Just sometimes if i see me, than i have a moon behind my name. And this just sometimes with my iphone.
If I logg on PC, cannot see me sb.
