Account disabled

My account was disabled on the 17th of January, without any warning - so I filled out the 'account disabled' form and wrote them the following email:

I understand that sending numerous emails will do no good, but I would like to share my story of how my account was recently disabled. My name is ______________ and I have been the user of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] for the past 2 years. However, 3 days ago my boyfriend took over my facebook account as he had my hotmail password. I changed my facebook contact email address to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and received the following email saying that I had locked my account:

Dear Sam,

Your Facebook account has been locked at your request. We will contact you at the email address you provided as soon as we can.

I also at that time changed my password to '___'. When I would try to log in, a screen would appear after my attempted log in and tell me
my account was locked and there was a 24 hour suspension on it, and there was a timer counting down. I waited until the next day, 24 hours
later, to try to log in, when I received the following message stating my account had been disabled:



"Account Disabled Your account has been disabled. If you have any questions or concerns, you can visit our FAQ page here."



It has now been disabled for the past 3 days and my main social resource has been taken away due to someone else hacking into my account. Not only do I have friends
and family on my facebook, but I also have colleagues, and it is most frustrating and almost impossible to
stay up to date when my facebook has been disabled.



I understand Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, and I have not violated any rules. I also understand that with 300 million users, you receive a great
deal of emails regarding issues, but I do ask that my account is to be reenabled since I have not violated any rules and I have unfairly had my
account confiscated.

Please help with with this issue, your response is so much appreciated and I do look forward to hearing from you.

Anyways that gives a good overview of that has gone down - havent heard a single reply - should i start giving up? Does facebook reply to anyone?

Are you saying your Facebook account too has been hacked?

Do you know the ID of your Facebook account?

Then

Navigate to your Profile page.
On the profile page look at the URL in the address Bar
You will see a long number (eg) id=123456789.
The number after the equals sign is your Facebook profile ID.



That number 'belongs' to your Profile and you will need to know it if your Facebook Page gets hacked or 'Taken -over' by another individual so...

Make a note of it now and keep it safe ...just in case you ever need it.....

The Email addresses you have associated with Facebook...do you still have access to them and can you still send and receive emails with them ?

Yes, he is an ex boyfriend as of now haha.
anyways, he hacked it, but eventually gave it back, but between that period i guess it came up as suspicious activity.

and yes, I had two email accounts associated with my facebook account - and I have access to both, but have not heard a reply from fb.

When you get back into Facebook change all details of passwords and email addresses to none that anyone knows

The first link asks me to identify my account, but since im 'disabled' my account doesnt show up, so ive filled out the 'cant identify account form as well - numerous times'

the second link - is that safe? will it whip out my original info pictures friends wall posts that were previously there?

i dont have a cell phone - but that looks slightly sketchy, wouldnt want to loose it all.

For the phone number you need any phone..a Land line is best..

All the links are 'safe' and will help you get back to Facebook

They have been used by others with success which is why they are offered...

What method did you use? Everyone on here seems too impatient and expect a virtually instant response from Facebook; I beg to suggest that Facebook do not process their requests that fast...
